All Recall Campaigns are initiatives to ensure the efficiency, safety and reliability of the vehicle. In the event of a recall campaign, Piaggio & C S.p.A. sends a letter to all owners of vehicles involved to inform them of the reasons that led to the campaign. For a possible intervention, which is completely free of charge, in terms of both time and materials, you should contact a Dealer/Authorised Service Centre to make an appointment.

This service concerns all active Recall Campaigns since 2009.
